Trial and paid access
NextAccord may offer eligible customers a time-limited trial before paid access begins. Paid access, plan changes, cancellation, and recovery are governed by the active subscription and billing state shown in the product.
How to use NextAccord
Use NextAccord for normal CRM work such as organizing leads, contacts, tasks, follow-ups, and transaction notes. Do not use it for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized activity, and do not upload information you do not have permission to use.
Not a brokerage, MLS, or compliance system
NextAccord is not a replacement for your MLS, brokerage systems, transaction management requirements, legal forms, advertising review, or compliance obligations. Keep using your official systems for the work they are meant to handle.
Your responsibility for data
You are responsible for the information you enter, import, or share in NextAccord. Keep client details accurate, remove information you no longer need, and avoid entering sensitive client information unless it is needed for legitimate CRM use.
Service availability
Features may change and the service may not always be uninterrupted. NextAccord should not be your only copy of important business records.
Feedback and communications
NextAccord may contact you about account access, setup, feedback, support, product updates, billing, and service availability.
