NextAccord is a product of Pink Huron LLC. Pink Huron LLC operates the service and is responsible for this notice.
What we collect
For pilot access requests, NextAccord may collect your name, email, optional phone number, brokerage or team, market or city, role, team size, current CRM or tracking method, follow-up challenges, feedback call preference, and other answers you choose to provide.
Product and account data
If you use the pilot, NextAccord stores the CRM information needed to operate the product, such as contacts, leads, tasks, follow-ups, transaction details, activity notes, templates, settings, account membership, and basic product usage data.
How we use the data
We use this information to review pilot requests, provide access, help with setup, operate and improve the product, respond to support questions, understand product usage, and communicate about pilot access, feedback, updates, and future availability.
Client information
NextAccord is built for CRM use, but you should avoid entering sensitive client information unless it is needed for your legitimate CRM workflow. Do not enter information you are not authorized to store or use.
Pilot communications
If you request access or participate in the pilot, we may contact you by email and, if you provide a phone number, by phone about your request, setup, feedback, support, and product updates. Providing a phone number is optional.
Sharing and service providers
NextAccord may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, monitoring, and email related to operating the service. We do not sell pilot request or CRM data.
Security and access
NextAccord uses authentication, account membership checks, and backend account scoping to limit access to account data. No early pilot system can promise perfect security, so keep your own backups of important records.
Starter policy note
This Privacy Notice is an informational starter policy for an early pilot SaaS product. It should be reviewed and updated before a paid or broader public launch.
